Ingredients: quark 53%, yoghurt (milk, stabiliser (modified maize starch, pectin), culture)), vanilla additive 14% (water, sugar, modified maize starch, natural vanilla flavour, thickeners (guar gum, xanthan gum), apple, carrot and lemon concentrate, acidity regulator (citric acid), vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid)), cream, sugar.

Nutritional information per 100 g: energy content 489 kJ/116 kcal, fat 3.9 g, of which saturated fatty acids 2.6 g; carbohydrates 12.7 g, of which sugars 11.9 g, fiber 0.03 g; proteins 7.6 g, salt 0.07 g; vitamin C 11.9 mg (15% from RDI (recommended daily intake) 80mg).
